Healthcare Success, a leading healthcare marketing agency, needs a talented paid digital media analyst. This remote, full-time role includes daily tasks such as data analysis, communication, media planning, and marketing strategies to optimize digital media campaigns. 

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing media, strong analytical skills, and excellent presentation skills. This client-facing position requires the ability to successfully interact with clients and sales prospects who possess varying temperaments and levels of digital knowledge.  

The winning candidate will work in harmony with internal teams and share results and insights with both clients and sales prospects.

Qualifications: 

  • A proven track record with at least 3 years digital marketing agency experience
  • Analytical skills, data analysis, and media planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in multiple digital media platforms (especially Google Ads, YouTube, Meta) and SaaS tools such as SEMRush
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights and recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Thrive a fast-paced, digital performance driven culture. 
  • Certifications in Google Ads, G4, or Facebook Blueprint are a plus

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure consistency in methods, processes, PPT decks, and reporting meeting protocols for all paid digital accounts.
  • Lead monthly performance analysis and reporting efforts for assigned select paid digital clients
  • Review and analyze monthly performance
  • Prepare monthly PPT Deck reports that document performance, analysis, recommendations, insights, risks, opportunities, and a forecast for coming months.
  • Schedule and lead twice monthly meetings with Account Managers for each assigned client account to prep for reporting and review paid search optimization and KPIs.
  • Document all client and internal team communications within 24-48 hours
  • Give relevant team members training on paid digital analysis and reporting.
  • Provide added account management for select HS accounts that require deep paid search experience and real-time reporting.
  • Attend client and prospect meetings that need subject matter expert input
  • Assist Sales Strategist leads with research, audits, data, proposal content, and live pitches.
  • Identify paid digital opportunities, spend, and marketing support services (landing pages, local SEO, and media including Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Meta, and programmatic) for new business prospects in partnership with Sales Strategist Leads, AMs, and the CEO.
  • Document your work and tasks appropriately within our project management system.
  • The ability to participate in speaking engagements is a plus
