
Melanie Wilson is the Director of Content and Storytelling at Healthcare Success, specializing in content marketing and brand messaging development for health and wellness brands.
With 20 years of experience in digital marketing, Melanie started her career as a copywriter at a non-profit organization, and then spent the next 15 years at top-tier SEO agencies, including Bruce Clay, Inc., considered the father of SEO. With her background in Journalism and creative writing, her strengths include developing efficient processes for quality content that both humans and robots can understand.
Today, Melanie developed and oversees the agency's editorial processes, which includes real interviews with medical experts. She also develops brand messaging (the partner of visual identity) for large health systems, multilocation specialty practices, addiction treatment centers, and other health brands. With a mentorship approach to management, she built and oversees the Content Department at HS, which includes her dream team of senior copywriters, editors, and designers.
Melanie holds a B.A. in journalism from California State University, Northridge. When she’s not sitting at her desk in her cozy home office, she's cooking simple meals and enjoying life with her husband and son.
