Jeff brings nearly 30 years of experience as a CFO, including more than 20 years working within healthcare marketing. His background spans financial leadership, performance management, and operational strategy, with deep expertise in financial reporting and modeling, audit and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is known for bringing structure and discipline to complex organizations while supporting sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Healthcare Success, Jeff held senior financial roles at National Medical Enterprises (now Tenet Healthcare), Centex Homes (Pulte Group), and Birtcher Real Estate Ltd. (Mitsui & Co. Ltd.). Across these organizations, he developed a strong reputation for identifying key cost drivers, uncovering meaningful savings opportunities, and helping leadership teams navigate challenges to scale and profitability. His ability to balance near-term financial realities with long-range planning makes him a critical partner in guiding organizational strategy.
Jeff earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from California State University, Long Beach, and completed graduate studies at Golden Gate University. His approach to financial leadership emphasizes clarity, accountability, and thoughtful decision-making in support of healthcare-focused growth.
Outside of work, Jeff and his wife and daughter are dedicated supporters of people with special needs, regularly donating their time and resources to a variety of organizations.
