Alexandra Ignacio, or Alex, is a visual communications designer, specializing in healthcare-focused brand storytelling and creative strategy. She is a versatile visual designer known for bridging the gap between complex information and compelling narratives. With a professional background that intersects design, healthcare, and consumer behavior, she brings a high level of strategic depth to the healthcare and marketing sectors.
Alex earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in Visual Communications Design and Pre-Health Studies, followed by a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California, specializing in Organizational and Consumer Psychology.
This academic background informs her design work to go from purely aesthetic to strategic. Her education in consumer psychology allows her to craft brand identities, creative marketing campaigns, and patient-centric visuals that are rooted in how people think, feel, and make decisions. She enjoys using behavioral insights to optimize the patient's journey and achieve higher engagement, brand trust, and digital transformation.
Alex’s approach to her work is defined by the belief that thoughtful design is a tool that can influence thought and affect behavior. Her goal is to deliver data-driven, human-centric design solutions that not only look beautiful but also achieve measurable results.
When not working, Alex explores other avenues of creativity like watercolor painting or crochet. She also likes playing video games and taking her dogs to the park to bark at squirrels.
