What To Expect
Our goal is to make this process simple, professional, and rewarding. We’ll handle the logistics so you can focus on sharing your story, insights, and expertise:

Optional Exploratory Call
A quick 15-minute chat with Stewart to confirm details and agree upon a topic.
Before recording
Send us your
- Suggested topic,
- 7-8 questions relevant to that topic,
- photo,
- bio,
- any relevant links (e.g., LinkedIn profile, website, etc.).
Recording day
Schedule a one-hour Zoom call (most episodes start with a 10-minute offline conversation, and the recordings usually run 30 or so minutes). A quiet, well-lit space and a microphone are recommended.
On Camera for YouTube
In addition to our audio platforms, we share episodes on YouTube. You’ll be on-screen, so feel free to share visuals or a deck if you like.
Optional Preview
We can share the episode summary or recording in advance if you like.
Promotion
Once your podcast is live, we’ll notify you so you can share it with your networks.
