Healthcare Success (HS), a digital-first, fully integrated marketing agency, is looking for another talented web developer to join our team. 

Does this sound like you?

• 2-5+ years developing and managing multiple client websites, landing pages and/or web applications. Preferably campaigns for a digital agency, especially for paid search, paid social or SEO.
• Motivated and eager to learn new development technologies tailored to marketing.
• Basic SEO principles and best practices or willingness to learn and grow.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, digital performance driven culture. You'll be working between 5-10 client projects of varying levels of complexity/budget; ideal candidates will have experience managing at least that many client projects in the past.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, developing, troubleshooting and maintaining client websites, plugin/modules for CMS environments such as WordPress, Drupal and others. 
• Work closely with SEO and Technical Product to develop technical specifications for web projects (sites and landing pages).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the stack (HTML, CSS/SCSS, VanillaJS, JQuery, ReactJS, PHP or Node.js, etc.).
• Collaborate with Senior developer, Design, Project Management, and Account Management teams to turn designs into functional web pages.
• Work with Git version control and basic deployment workflows.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot CMS and full-stack development issues.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent time in development roles.
• 2-5 years experience in development or other relevant experience.
• CMS development knowledge for Wordpress or similar CMS system. 
• Page-builders knowledge, such as Webflow, Elementor, Divi, or Oxygen.
• Solid communication skills.
• Strong work “get it done” ethic and sense of urgency.
• PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS
• ReactJS, NextJs, Angular or similar modern frontend development framework is plus
• WP Engine Hosting, general webhosting, dns
• Ability to translate Adobe XD/Figma designs into HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, responsive web design, pixel placement, Google Tag Manager, GA4, GSC, Google Ads, Facebook, Freshpaint, Git
• HIPAA Compliance knowledge is a plus.
